For our mortgage advice services we will charge a fee of £600
Occasionally we would charge you more if we feel more work/research/time is involved and this would be discussed as early as possible in the process. We would charge upto £1000 maximum.
The fee is payable before application following the presentation of our advice.
(Refunds)
You will not receive a refund if your mortgage or loan does not go ahead.
(Procuration Fee)
We will also be paid a procuration fee from the lender. The amount of the procuration fee will be disclosed to you.
You have the right to ask us to provide information on the range of procuration fees that the lenders on our panels offer to us.
